Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited-edition and high-value nature of the product, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once a purchase is confirmed.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may ask for photographs of the item and packaging for verification. If the issue is confirmed, we will either:
- Replace the damaged item (if inventory allows), or
- Provide a partial refund or compensation.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
Each Masterpiece Box comes with an official certificate of authenticity and a numbered edition. If you believe the certificate or edition number is incorrect or missing, please contact us immediately.
