Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Japan Only)  

We offer free shipping for all orders within Japan. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. All shipments include tracking and insurance.

 

2. International Shipping  

We currently do not support direct checkout for international shipping. If you wish to ship outside Japan, please contact us using our [International Shipping Request Form]. We will provide a custom quote based on your destination, including shipping fees, insurance, and any applicable taxes or duties.

 

3. Packaging & Handling  

Each Masterpiece Box is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the size and value of the product, we use specialized materials and secure handling.

 

4. Delivery Issues  

In the rare case of damage or loss during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
